1. Why is it that even although I supply measurements the costumes don't always fit?

It is usually because you have not measured the body in the same places as we do. The image on the left of our screen will show you exactly where we would request that you measure. That's where we check that the garment fits. Once you have measured, that info goes directly onto the measurement chart that we have supplied to you.
